What is a buyers agent?
A Buyers Agent is a licenced professional, who acts for you to save you time, money and effort when buying your home, commercial or investment property.

How much does it cost?
We charge an upfront $1,500 (inc. GST) engagement fee for our service, which gets us working towards finding you the right property. No further fees are payable until unconditional exchange of contracts on your new property has taken place. This fee will represent a very small percentage of the purchase price. How long will it take?
Typically it takes anywhere from 3-6 months to find the perfect property for you. However no acquisition is ever the same, so it could be from a week to 12 months depending on your criteria, so we do not put a time limit on finding you the right home. Once we’ve sat down to go through the brief, we will have a better understanding of what you are looking to achieve and have a better idea of the time frame that it should take to make it happen.
Are your fees tax deductible?
If you’re buying an investment property they may be tax deductible but you should consult your accountant for a definitive answer. If you’re buying a home to live in, fees are generally not tax deductible.
Do you also sell property?
Yes, we also have a real estate agency that has been serving the area for over 40 years, however if you were to purchase a home through this agency, no fee is applicable. We’re not into double dipping!
